A: Each blind box is packed in an individual colorful paper box; bulk goods are loaded into standard export brown cartons. OEM customized branded boxes are available upon your official authorization.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: 30% T/T deposit in advance, the remaining 70% balance to be settled before shipment. We will send finished blind box photos for your confirmation prior to your final payment.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: We support EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DDU trade terms.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Normally 30–60 working days after receiving your advance deposit. Lead time varies based on blind box styles and order quantity.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Sure, we develop blind boxes based on your physical samples or technical artwork drawings, including custom mold and fixture development.

A: In-stock blind box samples can be provided; buyers need to cover sample fee and international courier freight.
